What You Don't Know About Goodwill Industries
We all know Goodwill as THE place to drop unwanted household goods and clothing. But there is a lot you don't know about Goodwill that you really should. Tune in to Organization Nation today at noon Eastern time to find out a whole lot of stuff you don't know about Goodwill Industries and to find out what's a myth and what's the real skinny.
Edited to add: Here's a pic of us after the interview.
Left to right: Elaine, Christine, Carla, Kim and me. We had a great time and I learned a lot about all the cool stuff Goodwill does for the community. You'll just have to wait until the show is posted on my radio show home page so you can learn all the stuff I learned.

I'm way behind in my podcasts so just today I listened to the episode you did with Vicky & Jen about clothing. You mentioned an interview with Goodwill so I look forward to listening.
I'm a big fan of Goodwill. I lost 86 lbs a few years ago. Goodwill came to the rescue as I went from a size 24 to a 10. Even after I reached my goal weight, I restocked my closet with mostly Goodwill finds. They do great work and I enjoy supporting their mission.

I can't wait to hear your podcast about Goodwill. I am working on a project with our local Goodwill, www.goodwillmidten.org and I took a tour last week. It was really amazing to see what happens beyond the donations.

FYI: this is our preferred choice for donations. They make so easy. Our house is so small that we don't have much room left over, post use things... so we go there often. Their paperwork makes it easy to keep a tab and record it at tax time too.
